I have previously served as a consultant of the World Bank in the development of Phase II of Lake Victoria Environmental Management Program (LVEMP II), a Director of Programs and Strategic Initiatives at the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources, and as a regional Programme Manager for Natural Resources Management at the Association for Strengthening Agricultural Research in Eastern and Central Africa (ASARECA).
