He is an alumnus of Egerton University and Maseno University. Dr. Kimani is an expert in medicinal Chemistry of natural products, isolation, structure elucidation, computer-aided medicinal chemistry (molecular modelling and QSAR studies), and pharmaceutical nanotechnology of natural products.
