Research Interests: Kiswahili Literature especially poetry and oral literature.
Description
Short Biography: I am a trained teacher who has taught in high schools and universities in Kenya since 1994. I hold a Bachelor of Education degree from Egerton University (Kiswahili and Geography), Master of Arts (Kiswahili) from Kenyatta University and PhD (Kiswahili) from Chuka University. My greatest interest in teaching is youth mentorship and role modeling. I am also interested in authorship, having published two books and some papers in refereed journals.
