Abstract

Ms. Yegon holds a PhD from Sokoine University of Agriculture, Tanzania. Studied the effect of water harvesting on sorghum and Pigeon pea yields, soil water and soil Carbon and Nitrogen in Mbeere and Tharaka Kenya. She holds a Msc. Soil Science degree and a Bsc. Agriculture degree both of Egerton University, Njoro. Ms. Yegon teaches soil science and sustainable Agriculture courses in the department of Land and Water Management
